Welcome to STISKILLI. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and STI World concerning your access to and use of the STISKILLI Android application and any related services.

1. About the App & Services

STISKILLI is an educational platform designed to empower students and job seekers. Our core services include:

Comprehensive Government Job Preparation for all steps and stages of exams.
Specialized AI Training programs.
Private Job Preparation and interview guidance.
Live Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Previous Year Questions (PYQs).

2. User Accounts & Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
STI World reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

3. Subscription Policy & Pricing

To make quality education accessible to everyone, STISKILLI operates on a subscription model with nominal charges.

By subscribing, you agree to pay the nominal fees associated with the chosen plan to access premium features (like Live MCQs, AI Training, and advanced prep materials).
Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, yearly) depending on your selection.
You agree to pay for all services used. Prices are subject to change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and strive to provide the best learning experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

7-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial transaction.
After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be sent to our support team. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Any account terminated due to a violation of these Terms is not eligible for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the STISKILLI app, including but not limited to study materials, MCQs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of STI World and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

Your use of the services is at your own risk.
You will not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or network.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date study material, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the app's content. Furthermore, STISKILLI provides preparation tools but does not guarantee job placement or exam clearance.

8. Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are not governed by STI World, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. Your interaction with them is governed by their respective policies.

9. Force Majeure

STI World shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, natural disasters, government actions).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malikpur, Haryana (India).
